ALARIO breaks maiden at Baden-Baden in solid fashion (24.08.2019)
 
Today, Waldemar Hickst-trained ALARIO by Soldier Hollow showed a strong performance on the opening race day of Baden-Baden's Große Woche meeting. The three-year-old colt recorded his maiden win with Marco Casamento aboard in the €10,000 Preis der Sport-Welt, a level 3 handicap run over 1800 m. Coming off the pace, ALARIO drew home powerfully and a secured a win by half a length.
