ALESSIO super runner-up in Gr.3 Premio St. Leger Italiano (18.11.2023)
 
Even if it wasn't enough for a victory, ALESSIO ran a strong race in Milan today. The four-year-old competed in the €77,000 Premio St. Leger Italiano at Gr.3 level over 3,000 metres under Rene Piechulek and put in a great performance. ALESSIO settled very well, breezed around the Milan course following the leading group as if pulled by a string, kicked away with gusto in the long straight and fought his way into second place behind a superior winner with a lot of heart.
